Our website has been designed to comply with the following national and international legislation with regards to data protection and user privacy:

3.0 PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT THIS WEBSITE COLLECTS AND WHY WE COLLECT IT

This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:

3.1 Site tracking

Like many other websites, our site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey throughout the website. Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. Google also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor. Google makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides. Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website but you can also use our cookie preferences by clicking the option in the bottom right of your screen.

3.2 Contact forms

If you choose to contact us using the contact form on our Contact us page or our quick contact link in the head of our website, none of the data that you supply will be passed to or processed by any of the third party data processors defined. Instead the data will be emailed and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our own SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.

3.3 Newsletter Signup Forms

We love being able to update you on all our news, therefore we have provided areas on this website where you can signup. When you enter your personal information it is sent to our Third Party data processor (MailChimp) and is only accessibly by us. We will never fill your inbox with unwanted emails and will always give you the option to unsubscribe in every email that we send.

3.4 Making a purchase

When you make a purchase on our website, we will require you to provide your personal information. We will never use this information for any other purpose than to process your order and provide you with our products/services. During your checkout an account will be created for you on our website, this is to allow you to track your orders and to assist you in re-ordering again in the future. You can remove your account and all your personal information using our ‘Right to be forgotten’ tool which can be accessed by clicking the link in the bottom right of your screen.

4.0 HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
