So all major elements such as lighting, security, climate control work without it and with easy manual control. The internet is only typically used for remote access and it does not rely on 3rd party cloud servers.

We offer a few different support plan options which include remote diagnostics, proactive maintenance, priority response, and on-site support when required. Our goal is to keep your system running flawlessly for years—not just at handover. Support plans are optional and we do have pay as you go options available too.

That said, many of the items included in our proposals—such as cabling, networking, and control infrastructure—are things you’d be paying for anyway through separate contractors.
